    Order is wrong 9 out 10 times. Sour cream on 4 of six regular taco??? Missing items. Out of beans,taco shells ect. Poorly managed at best.

    Waited inside for my Mobile order. it wad 2 minutes past my " order done" time because the guy preparing food for the inside was too busy re stocking his station. I politely asked the manager (Miss Day?) to help get my order out and was cut off and she was very rude about it and unapologetic. No one greeted us when we got there as well and that could be the reason we just sat there waiting and waiting. Another lady came in and waited at the front to order and ended up leaving because no one helped her, or even acknowledged her. This is on a Saturday at 11:30 am. Unacceptable, but from judging by the recent reviews, It was par for the location.

    If I can give them a 0 i would lately whenever we come to this location it’s always something! They NEVER cook the tortilla to the cheesy gorditas, I always come home to cook it some which sucks! And they didn’t put beans in my BEAN BURRITO! After such a long hungry day, this is what the Gordita SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!!
