  I placed a mobile order and went to pick up. Order was not ready when I arrived which was fine . Just got my drink and waited. What’s disappointing though was the bread was hard.

  Subway could have made me 3 sandwiches in the time it took this guy to make my 1. He legit said 'you waiting on that veto? I got a catering order that's got to go out' & continues to not make my sandwhich. I ordered online ahead of time too.........

  Too bad I didn’t check reviews at this location before buying a sandwich. I didn’t like the fact that I was not able to see the veggies she was placing in the sandwich, the cucumbers were not good and the avocado was old. Definitely not going back there, I would have made a much better sandwich at home with less money spent.

  Tonight Wednesday 10/22 around 8:30 pm at this Rowlett location I paid $20 for a giant blt with ranch and cucumbers I get home a few hours later I open my sandwich and there’s no bacon. None. Ur gonna tell me between the two women working there tonight they didn’t know they put no bacon on my sandwich? I’m definitely going to be needing a refund. I already had a rough day this was the cherry on top. I’ve been to many JJ and have not once had this issue. She also didn’t give me my receipt of course. Someone needs to contact me asap. Update it took me weeks to get my money back. I had to go to the shop several times and call the regional before they gave me my money back. And on top of that my review is being hidden somehow so that people can’t see it. What is going on? I know it’s being hidden because my pictures show zero views when all of my other reviews with pictures have thousands. And no apology from the “owner” on here. U couldn’t even be bothered to offer a free sandwich to make up for all of the inconvenience and wasted time of mine. My sister and I saw their store manager bring her sick kid in the store and make sandwiches without gloves as well. Bunch of cheap people that run this place. Y’all are a joke and I won’t ever buy food here again. Jersey mikes is WAY better, they don’t forget the bacon or anything else.

  Just opened a business a few units over and have been craving sandwiches for lunch recently. Easy to order online. Sandwiches are delicious. Great stuff!
