  Came in today to redeem my birthday reward and had the best experience! I don’t go to Dutch Bros super often, so I was a little nervous about ordering a specific TikTok drink I saw. The worker taking my order was incredibly patient and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. Another staff member was also super sweet—honestly, the sweetest people always work here. If you want great drinks and even better service, this is the spot. Thanks for making my birthday treat extra special! 🥹💘

  Not a good look for the Rowlett location. You advertise the two lanes but your workers do not work both lanes. We came from the Austin area where it is done correctly. You guys have a great product but need to do better!!

  Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered my drink it was ready , I tasted my drink an felt it was lacking coffee , so I asked was the espresso shot added, the girl at the window goes off and says , the drink is PERFECT , you just want a FREE drink ! I was highly upset and we exchanged words , I asked for a refund she refused to give me a refund and said NO, continued to walk away ! Everyone went back to making drinks , I had to yell I want a REFUND, the manager comes out the back and ask what happens and so on , demands respect for her employee but not one time did she tell her employee she was wrong or could of handled the situation better on her end , that’s fine though stay away from this location , just because I get a drink almost daily doesn’t mean it’s done correctly or it’s always new people , I will not be returning to dutch bros for awhile and never this location again !!!!

  I am a regular at this location and have always had a great experience until last night. It was 20 minutes until closing and there was someone in front of me. I should have known the broista kept looking at me with a ugly look. I got to the window and she literally was just staring at me; no words just stared. I was so uncomfortable and asked if I could order 2 drinks. She said they had already closed their esspreso machine. At this point 15 minutes before closing. I asked if my drink had espresso in it and with a smug look on her face said we can't make your drinks. I was shocked at her rudeness and she looked at me and asked uh are you OK? I drove off. This is where I always get my coffee, I always make sure to tip well and always get multiple drinks. This is how they treat their loyal customers. No thank you, ill just go to another location. Also they must not close at their advertised closing time.
