I traveled on, trying to stay alive but my eyes were as heavy as the fog covering the land. But then I saw something, a beacon of hope, a Dutch Bros. I ran to the windows in hopes of staying awake, staying alive! When I made it I could smell the salvation. I saw a group of people working and surviving making delicious potions to keep travelers like myself alive. They were kind and caring and brought many smiles to my face. I kept moving as is the way of this new world. But, I hope any wondering travler stops here and enjoys the people as much as the drinks

If we wanted that atmosphere we would go there. We ordered 2 of the same drink, even confirmation that it was 2 drinks and still had to pay for their mess up. The owners need to re-think who they hire here. This isn't a Starbucks its Dutch Bros. The atmosphere is supposed to be up-lifting and kind not depressing and rude. Please change this.

We waited 35 mins in line for two drinks for my drink to be missing 1/4 of the drink when handed to me… at $7 or more a drink this is laughable. Save you money and go to swig or Starbucks or anywhere else it will be faster, what you ordered, and over all taste better

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
