  Server was really rude when I corrected myself after saying something wrong, gave me barely half a scoop of meat despite giving my partner (who is a man) a full scoop, and they covered my lid in sour cream that spilled out of a previous burrito order that they couldn’t wrap properly. Never going here again, service left a lot to be desired.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a meal for $30 and what I received was spoiled food. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Your employees need to maintain better hygiene and food quality standards because this is not the first time something like this has happened. Customers pay for good service and safe food, not spoiled meals. Honestly, you are lucky I didn’t come in person to pick up my order because I would have returned the food immediately and poured it right on your face. This level of service does not deserve even a single star.

  Waited in the drive thru for 30 min past pick up time of online order. We could see the "manager" was rolling her eyes while making our order....never apologized for the long wait and had a terrible attitude. You are much better off going to the other Rowlett location.

  I live around the corner and come in about once a week on my way to work. Consistently I'm the only customer in there with 5-7 staff members there. Noone says hi and they often seem an odd combination of annoyed and confused I'm even here to order food. I don't get why such a new staff is so weird and seemingly unhappy. Also, avoid ordering double meat, they won't actually do it, you'll get a pinch more than a normal order.

  I walked out. Asked for a bowl, to-go and the skinny white dude literally gave me half a scoop of rice. I asked for more, he gave me another half scoop. Beans were terrible, meat was dry.... and guess what half a scoop of meat that he shook to have it fall off. I told him that he gave me half a scoop of meat and he claimed "that was their portion size. Dude chipotle has been around for 20 years, everyone knows what the portion size is. I just said I didn't want it and left. Hopefully management can talk their employees. Won't be returning to this one eventhough it's the closest to home unfortunately.
