- ETEbony Travis4 days ago1.0All I can say is wow. This establishment is one of the most unsanitary restaurant I’ve seen in a long time. The table where the meat is prepared on was so filthy and disgusting. The employees look as if they do not want to be there. I have to agree with the other reviews. This place needs alot of work and it just opened. I do not advise anyone to come to this location. My steak was salty and my rice tasted as if it sat there all day. I will not show my face there again. Fire everyone including the general manager.

Stale Chips, 2. seemingly scared uninformed and poorly dressed employees with no enthusiasm or customer service skills 3 tiny portions of protein 4 . Over-flowing trash cans and dirty tables I'll be back in a few weeks to see if they have improved!!!
- SSShaneikaJan 2, 20261.0ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHIPOTLE TO EVER OPEN!!! HORRIBLE!! They served burned chips. The rice hard and just dry! In addition, the manager Nikki didn't make the situation any better. I told her about the chips and she still allowing the chips to be sold burnt! She basically stated that the employees are new! Do not use the employees as an excuse because your the overseer of the establishment. You should ensure the items that go out are to STANDARD! I really thought this location would have been great to save me from traveling down to the other end of Rowlett, but nope!

My husband and our son had lunch there around 12pm and all I can say is that we were very stunned on how delicious the food was. We were completely blown away. The store was very clean. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. This location will now be our go to. I give you guys 10 stars.
- JWJeff WingetDec 31, 20255.0A great addition to the east side of Rowlett! Attended their grand opening on 12/31/25 and the food and service were excellent. Lots of staff on hand today, which I’m sure is abnormal, but everyone was friendly and excited to be here. Now I just have to brace myself for how much my kids are gonna want to go here! 😬
