    Just literally left Chipotle and it’s 3:44pm on 1/11/26 and there was a young black lady serving us. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I didn’t get her name but her service was TOP TEIR! If she’s not a manager she needs to be a REGIONAL IF SHE DESIRES THAT . YOUNG LADY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE AND POLITE PERSONALITY. Your customer service skills are amazing!

    Today I visited the new Chipotle in Rowlett! My to go order was not even a fourth of the bowl! Arrived home the bowl was cold ! Only a couple pieces of chicken! Then an hour later , I was very sick with both Diarrhea and Vomiting ! This Chipotle is new , it should have not had bad food, or small portions! This was a terrible experience!

    The supervisor/staff was very rude to customers and not trained well at all. I paid the additional $5 for double steak and still was NOT given double steak. I am very dissatisfied with the experience here.
