The staff, mainly the asst manager, have a bad attitude, have no clue about their ice cream cakes, can’t process an order and the counter tops are filthy!!!! They had 3 days to make our cake and when we went there to pick it up, it wasn’t ready meaning they haven’t done a thing and they had no clue what we were talking about! And they had the bad attitude! I called the store when the person got home to pick & got The asst manager and she had an attitude and kept saying she had no clue because she had been on vacation instead of offering how can she help she just kept saying I’ve been on vacation and don’t know and basically told me to adjust my attitude . She hung up on me!

Kid I talked to on the phone had to call his manager four times to be able to get me an answer as to why it wasn’t made, how to get a refund, etc. This is after calling the store 5 times over 30 minutes before someone picked up. My fault for ordering online before I looked at the reviews, I guess.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
