  Came in today with a mobile order and the feminine guy at the cash register with the girly voice was so rude. I showed him that I had a mobile order and gave my name, and he wouldn't give me my food until I showed him on my phone. It's so dumb because they're shelf is inside the kitchen. How would I know the name? How many Massood's do you get as customers? He went back to his cash register and another guy came. I gave my name and he just got the food from the back. That first guy doesn't get enough love in his life I guess. The actual food was small portions.

  Waited in the drive thru for 30 min past pick up time of online order. We could see the "manager" was rolling her eyes while making our order....never apologized for the long wait and had a terrible attitude. You are much better off going to the other Rowlett location.

  I live around the corner and come in about once a week on my way to work. Consistently I'm the only customer in there with 5-7 staff members there. Noone says hi and they often seem an odd combination of annoyed and confused I'm even here to order food. I don't get why such a new staff is so weird and seemingly unhappy. Also, avoid ordering double meat, they won't actually do it, you'll get a pinch more than a normal order.
