  Terrible experience. I went for breakfast through the drive thru and didn’t notice I pulled into the mobile order lane. I sat there for a second then said “hello?” to get their attention and the employee says “mobile order?”, I tell them no (still didn’t realize I was in the mobile order lane), “this lane is for mobile orders only…”, I apologize and tell them I can just pull around again to get in the proper lane. “Uh… it’s fine, just what do you want?” The employee who took my payment was run of the mill pleasant but he was the only one. The woman who brought out my food ended up spilling my drink on me, in my car, because the lid wasn’t on right and says “oops… sorry, have a blessed day” in a monotone voice. I definitely do not think spilling the drink was on purpose but the sheer lack of hospitality is cringey, at best. This location is a stain on the brand. Go spend your money at the CFA down the road. You’ll get your food faster and far better service.

  We always have a good experience when we dine inside the store. The place is always clean, including the restrooms. The service is friendly and prompt. We usually receive our food very quickly so the wait is minimal. The taste and quality of the food is always consistent.

  Every other time I place an order here, I have an issue. I have had to get into the habit of checking my order before I leave from the drive through due to this trend. The order issues I have had included: missing items, providing the *wrong item*, including an ingredient I asked to be excluded in my entree, and irregularly small portion sizes. Today when I went, I reported an issue with my order before I left, and the managers decided to do nothing about it, which means that employees are being taught the wrong message that customer satisfaction and doing the right thing aren’t the expectation anymore. The taste of the food is good and the ingredients are of a good quality so I continue to be a customer (for now). I know this location is newer, but management should train the employees to pay attention to detail and set a better example.
