  They need a better management team. It’s very unprofessional. Co workers could be nicer. Have more respect to one another. Do not recommend coming back. Foods not even that good. Nice day.

  Absolutely terrible place to eat! Do NOT waste your money here, the employees have no idea what they're doing. I went here on a Sunday and the employees didn't know how to work the system to take my order (took 10 mins for that) finally got the order in and it took 25 mins to bring it out! Well guess what? It was ICE COLD! That's not the worst part the food tasted stale yet undercooked idk it was like the nastiest thing I ever put in my mouth. I will NEVER EVER eat at any Charley's Subs again. The 2 employees there acted as if it was a bother to actually have to do their job. We left and the employees were sitting in chairs by the grill on their phones. A waste of every cent. Buy something from the deli at Walmart before eating here.. yuck! The picture of the tray is what was thrown in the trash (the food was barely touched) I seen another person order.. sit down and took a bite or two then got up and dumped their ALSO barely touched food with pure aggression. It's bad! Stay away I've warned you!

  They closed their restaurant 15 min early. When asked what time they close they lied and said 8:30-8:45 despite their posted hours until 9 PM. It’s frustrating when you have options and choose to go to Walmart to also pick up dinner to face a business that doesn’t even operate within their posted hours. And then when asked about it lies. I was a loyal customer but there’s nothing I dislike more than poor service.

  I ordered 3 combo meals to go at 1900, 1 person in front of me and 1 person who came in 10 minutes later and didn't receive my combos till 1930 (30) minutes later after the person that came in after me. If Mangement is training their employees at this location in timeliness and customer service , I will keep my money and look else where.
