  Ordered a breakfast burrito and paid online for pickup. Showed up and they told me they dont serve breakfast after 11, then they told me they can’t issue a refund. & i would have to come back on another day when there is a manager to get a refund.. my number was asked for when i made the order & no one called to tell me that its not available/offered me a different meal instead. In other words their ordering platform was falsely offering breakfast, lets me order and pay for the item, was not offered a replacement meal for their own mistake on their website, and i have to go out of the way and use my own time to get a refund and make things right. absolutely horrendous customer service.

  I’m not sure what washing on here but when we went in there were only 2 employees and one seemed to walk out and quit while we were there. I ordered at a kiosk and asked for a gluten free bun -it said somewhere online they had one- and to sub raw onions for crispy fried onions. I received 2 patties in a single leaf of lettuce with crispy fried onions. No one told me they didn’t have the bun, no one actually spoke to me. When I asked the guy putting the food in the window about it he just shrugged and didn’t respond. Our friends ordered a fountain drink, I ordered a tea. I was given my tea -eventually- and the lady pointed to 2 empty cups and said I still need to finish these. She said this right before she gathered her things and walked out leaving the younger guy by himself.

  Horrible experience. My coworkers and I placed our orders online. Her ETA was 12:15 and mines 12:22. She arrived there and after waiting she asked status of her order and per their staff “they didn’t have it” and tjen magically found it and started the order and then they barely starting on my order 10min after the pick up time. This is unacceptable and horrible service. She spent practically her whole lunch hour waiting for our meals to be out.

  Cheese curds with the spicy sweet sauce it comes with and the milk shakes are my favorite. But one thing I can't stomach is the burgers are very greasy. Other than that they have a fantastic selection of employees that work here .Cheese curds NEVER disappoint.

  Customer service was excellent. Food came out very quickly. Restaurant itself was nice and clean. My only complaint is the burger meat lacked seasoning. It was like just eating meat and bread but heavily relying on the bbq sauce to get and taste out of the burger. I had the rodeo burger btw
