The employee at self checkout didn't understand what the issue was. He directed me to customer service where Elane helped resolve the issue. She was very polite and listened to the whole situation. She took the information to management, where they saw there was an error in the system. She came back and adjusted the total. The whole time she was super friendly. In summary, Elane is superb at customer service. Thank you for your time, Ray DeElena.

The floral shop closes at 6 PM and no one is cross trained to be able to sell me $75 worth of balloons no matter how many people I asked in the store. Quite disappointing and I won’t be back.

I shared with the manager that I had worked there for several years while attending school, and I knew that this practice would not have been acceptable during my time there. She agreed that the deli should not be shutting down that early and addressed the situation. While I appreciate that she corrected it, the deli crew’s attitude toward resolving the issue was disappointing so I went some where else.
