Today, March 28th, I stopped by to buy two hamburgers. I paid, and they told me to pull into parking spot #1. They made me wait for over 25 minutes. When I saw that they still hadn't brought out my food, I went back up to the payment window. They told me it was "almost ready," but I could see them standing around chatting amongst themselves. When they finally handed me the order, I mentioned to one of the young women that the wait had been far too long. She responded by asking, "So? You don't want them?" I simply told her she was rude. That is why I am not giving them 5 stars—because of people like her. She had star stickers on her face, as well as heart stickers. It was truly reprehensible behavior.
