  I arrived at 12:25 am to pick up a delivery. The signs say the lobby closes at 1 but the doors were already locked. The drive thru line had not moved in 20 mins. I even tried knocking on the front door and they said to get in the drive thru. It’s currently 12:50am and still waiting on the drive thru. The food will probably be cold by the time i get it. It’s almost like they’re purposely waiting until they close at 1 in hopes everyone gets tired of waiting and leaves. 12:55am and i finally have the order.

  Wish I could give them a negative star or a sucker punch either one would work for me. They are terrible and doesnt matter if you pre order they take forever and then think they can talk mess to you... you've got another thing coming!

  Breakfast team is the B team. Got the breakfast hotcakes with coffee via drive thru. No plastic ware, no syrup. Coffeeand drinks took about 8 minutes while the breakfast got cold.

  Do not eat here. When taking my little girl here yesterday around 6. The whole place was trashed in the kid area, trash cans stacked to the brim. Trash on the ground and on tables. A group of high school kids with no food or drinks cussing to high heaven and touching each other in the corner of the room. The lady who brought our food was naturally rude even when I greated her kindly and said thank you with a God bless you to top it, her response was, "Yeah". Then when leaving I told a gentleman at the front everything and he smiled and said, "hey its spring break". This is the trashiest location ever and I can not believe they brought runberg to round rock. My daughter has been sick since McDonald's and began throwing up at 1am last night and it would seem its food poisoning. She is 5 years old!!!! I would like to be contacted by a real manager, preferably a Regional Manager or corporate head please and thank you.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. Online it clearly states that the restaurant closes at 1:00 a.m., so when we arrived around 11:30 p.m. after driving in from out of town to visit Kalahari Resorts & Conventions Round Rock, we expected the drive-thru to be open. I had already placed a mobile order and was charged, but when we pulled up to the drive-thru the employee simply said they were closed. When I explained that I had already paid, I was told I could just come back the next morning to get the food. That response was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient, especially considering we were traveling with hungry kids and relied on the posted hours being accurate. If a location is closing early, the hours should be updated and mobile orders should not be accepted. Customers shouldn’t be charged and then turned away. I hope management addresses this so other families traveling through don’t have the same frustrating experience.
