  Laura and Amber at bakery said y’all don’t customize ice cream cakes when it says online that y’all do. When I told them it says it online Laura gave me the run around telling me they’re only made on mondays without even knowing when I needed it. At that point I didn’t want them to even make my cake. People are so lazy and customer service is non existent.

  Not impressed with the customer service. The services department has multiple kiosks and people are constantly having to wait because there is only one employee 2 max. The employees rarely say excuse me or let customers have right of way. There are HEBs that make you want to stick around and shop but this one we mostly do curbside now unless it's a few things. And I've noticed they say get more of an item and save and I've done the math on quite a few items, and almost all of them you are actually paying more % wise. To me it's very deceptive marketing.

  My adult disabled daughter schedules trips to this HEB # 4 at Palm Valley in Round Rock. She asks for a shopper so that she can go out independently, without always having a caregiver, or attendant holding her hand. She is a grown , educated woman after all. She goes here because it is easier to navigate , and more comfortable for her. After today , she said will be going elsewhere. Usually, she had been treated respectfully at this location , she relayed that was not the case today. She states that she went in and asked for a shopper when one became available. She told them she had no problem waiting , as she had given herself plenty of time . However, today she was approached by two managers , who she says pretty much gave her the third degree, asking why she was there, what she wanted , how long she would be there , and laughably, why she didn't use curbside ? She is not homeless, she is not loitering, as she buys items everytime she goes in . She can't use curbside , obviously, and she chooses not to , because she needs to get out in public and not be isolated inside her home. She should not have to explain this to anyone . She has a right to excersize her independence , without having to explain that to anyone . I'm very disappointed with what happened today , and how they made her feel . I don't think I will be returning to HEB either , certainly not that location. Her sisters , with families of their own , who make very good money, and have lots of mouths to feed , will also be hearing about this.

  The store is great. They still need to work on getting people out of the pick up area in a more timely manner. My park to load/leave time is typically 30 minutes, which is about twice as long as it should take. I have tried different days and different times - all with the same result.

  Last Monday I dealt with an extremely rude lady at the two lane self check out. It was around morning time and this isn’t the first time I saw her be rude, she threw the scanner back at me after checking my water instead or handing it to me … I will not be back here bc the heb by the outlets has better customer service and the sea food area actually smells clean! And they have FRESH foods.
