  Found hair inside my crunch wrap and wasn't acknowledged by the staff when I let them know. Threw out everything we ordered and when I received a review request I let them know how disappointed I was in the management's handling of this matter. Will never go back to this chain restaurant in any state ever again.

  Tried giving this place one more try after previous disappointments. This time paid about $8 for a couple of greasy shells with about a teaspoon of what was supposed to be cantina chicken inside. JIB dollar tacos are better than this, and they're awful. Never again. From now on, Rosa's.
