  A tomboy butch girl with glasses, made my online order, but she used the incorrect bread, when I asked her about this, she got really mad that she had to remake my sandwich, and could hear here talking about me, mostly about my dark brown skin color. Not nice thing to do, when it was all her fault from the first place, beware of her if you are colored skin like me

  I wish i could rate less than 1 star. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My calls to confirm the availability of veggie patties went unanswered. I tried no of times. The online ordering system falsely indicated they were in stock. Upon visiting, I discovered they were unavailable, forcing me to visit two additional stores, all of which had the same issue. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.

  Id suggest ordering in advance through the app this place cares little for walk in customers they'll work on online orders first then in person customers even if you were first before the tickes printed I just walked out after waiting 15 min so order in advance in case you come here

  If I could give this place zero stars I would, the Staff was disrespectful and passive aggressive when they handed my order off to a thief and would not issue me a refund because they quote from service employee, "are afraid of their store losing money". Not to mention they only gave me a directory number that led nowhere and I ended up $20s robbed and without my order. Thank you for absolutely nothing and I will be getting my refund back regardless.
