    Ernesto was the best servee and really efficient. He had a beautiful big smile and was very attentive!! Ask for Ernesto give him a good tip !!

    Hideously expensive but caveat emptor…check prices before you spend. But it’s just insane; a problem not unique to Sonic. I ended up with a Mayoburger (ease up, please!) and my mozzarella stick - which was on the receipt - wasn’t in the bag. The place wasn’t crowded, just very “normal” traffic early on a Saturday evening. Just an “off” night, maybe…I’m typically pretty pleased. 😣 Carhop was very friendly; he was not likely responsible for the pound of mayo or the missing item. It was only $1 but I really wanted it! Not the end of the world, just annoying. I may go back but, bummer.

    Service was terrible l. Took 30min to get my #5. I watched several cars come and go while i waited. Got it and it was wrong asked for the bacon to fix the issue and took another 25min. No apologies. I will not be returning due to the lack of wanting to take care of the customer. I go here 2-3 times a week and it takes one terrible customer service experience.

    You guys should really take a look at your ice cream machine. I had a couple bites of the blast I ordered & it tasted really off. I had my husband try his ice cream when I got home & he agreed something isn’t right. I hope we don’t get sick. I did call up there & the guy said “his maintenance guy will take a look at it” but you need to shut it down until you know if it’s your machine or your mix that’s the problem.
