To say I was pissed is an understatement. I call to get an explanation and the Mgr says she sees what I have on my tickets okay so she tells me call card company. I do and actually get a human and they say Rudys over charges on certain cards and will refund after certain amount of time... That's crap bc that means they lock up funds until they process their payment. So instead of Rudys getting 100 yesterday they have 200 of my money locked up due to now the correct amount is posted on top of the error In this economy and age of gig jobs ANY COMPANY BESIDES A GAS PUMP LOCKING UP DBL FUNDS IS CRAP!
