To ruin a 10 year old’s party with a cake that she didn’t want because nobody thought to COMMUNICATE is unacceptable, and it’s a slap in the face for the leadership to insist the cake is so nice and beautiful when I’m telling them that it wasn’t what we ordered. You’re basically asking me to pay for something I didn’t want.
