Ordering online has a ridiculous wait time to pickup as well. The food isn't always fresh when I order in the evening and is usually cold by the time I get home which is 5 minutes away.

I wait 25 minutes in line as it’s packed around the building just to show up for them not to take my order, but for them to take three more orders on the other lane. This was my second time coming to this McDonald’s first time they got my food wrong and charged more than what I even received. I ordered a number one big Mac with no lettuce no tomatoes and it came with. It seemed like extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Not only is this just sand, but this is what the world is coming to
