I did not expect such above-n-beyond service from McDonald's. The last one was on December 3rd. I placed an order for 18 Happy Meals for a class birthday party. When I walked in at tbe scheduled pick up time, they had just finished packing the last meal. How they did that or was it just a coincidence- no clue but I walked out with some hot meals. Oh no sorry. I didn't "walk-out". The manager carried the boxes to my car! Her name was Yesenia. I have done as high as 37 individually packed meals in the past - each labeled and with specific instructions- and they got it done right. Way to go and thank you team Palm Valley!

I could tell they were a little overwhelmed. The employee who took my order at the register looked like I was taking up her time and was bothered by my presence. I was missing s couple of items, and I saw Milleena walking in and out delivering orders, so I asked her for what I needed, and she just had this great, friendly, kind smile on her face and helped me out. Even when I saw her rushing in and out, she did it while keeping a smile on her face. She was extremely pleasant! Wish you the best Milleena. You're great attitude was very refreshing!
