  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. Online it clearly states that the restaurant closes at 1:00 a.m., so when we arrived around 11:30 p.m. after driving in from out of town to visit Kalahari Resorts & Conventions Round Rock, we expected the drive-thru to be open. I had already placed a mobile order and was charged, but when we pulled up to the drive-thru the employee simply said they were closed. When I explained that I had already paid, I was told I could just come back the next morning to get the food. That response was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient, especially considering we were traveling with hungry kids and relied on the posted hours being accurate. If a location is closing early, the hours should be updated and mobile orders should not be accepted. Customers shouldn’t be charged and then turned away. I hope management addresses this so other families traveling through don’t have the same frustrating experience.

  The worst Mc Donald’s! Employees always mad! I ordered 1 French fries and they took 30 min. The place is dirty! Horrible

  The manager with mole on her nose is rude. She treats her non Hispanic staff unfairly which is very few. My order took them 20 mins to get done and at that point cancel the entire order and refund me. The entire staff from management to crew members need full training and the those who do not speak English clearly needs to complete a class. No empathy, No accountability, No respect for customers time. Managers just throw all the blame on employees when they lack managing and running a large operation like McDonald’s.

  There's ALWAYS a problem here. Everything from ordering, receiving the correct food, enough food and actually all the way cooked food. On today's episode of how can McDonald's screw me: I ventured out to get a McCrispy. It looked really good on the menu, and I like chicken. What I got was a triangle patty of what I was told was chicken.... I wanted to talk to a manager about it, but I can't. I can't talk to anyone about it because nobody speaks English. And before you come for me, I'm not racist. Im Mexican too. I just think you should be able to communicate with your customers, all of them!
