Had to go back inside and tell them to take the second one off the order and to give me the food I payed for. The guy taking our order in drive thru wasn’t hearing us at all and we were practically yelling the order. He kept asking us “what did you say after that?” I get that it’s loud inside a fast food restaurant but that’s why we get a little louder when we give orders in the drive thru. But this was terrible. None of the employees inside know any English. How are you gonna work in fast food and not know how to speak the most predominant language in the world. I’ve worked in fast food. It’s truly not that hard to make sure all the food goes out with the correct order. Wouldn’t happen if you understood English.
