I need corp. to get involved. I have never had an experience like this before and it almost seems racially targeted. I arrive at 9:04 on a Sunday (they close @10). I order a turkey ton and had a few modification. The gentleman that was working the night of 8.31. Literally ripped the inside of the bread out of my sandwich on both side (so it was just the topping and shell of the bread) and didn’t remove or add the things I request. I left a $5 tip because it was my birthday but the only thing your staff saw was my color. I didn’t eat it because I honestly thought if he would do that what else would he do. I’ll never because to this racism / hateful franchise

Slowest Jimmy John's delivery I've ever experienced. I've ordered from them three times in the past two months since moving into the area and each time it's taken over 45 minutes just to get two cold sandwiches. Will stick to Uber Eats if they're not going to be any faster than that.
