I have been coming to this HEB for years and the staff has always been fantastic. Today, I was reminded of just how fantastic they really are. At some point, when I was shopping, an envelope filled with a not insubstantial amount cash for the delivery of my son's new car fell out of my pocket. An associate named Gabby found it and turned it in. It was waiting for me at the service desk when I returned in a panic. Thank you, HEB, and thank you, Gabby - you're the absolute best!

HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? It’s not enough icing on the cinnamon rolls for one and it looks like a 2 year old put it on them. Disgusting!

I am tired of seeing third party vendors trying to sell their bill of goods right inside the store doors. It is really annoying to try to either enter the store or already be in the store and walk over to the water softener pellets and have these vendors, who are stationed there, try to talk to you about buying their service. If I want to get a service, I will look for it on my own. I know HEB gets a kickback for having these vendors here, but this does not make for a pleasurable shopping experience. Not only does HEB have higher prices now and have a monopoly in our area, but they are trying to get us to buy these companies' services. This is really ridiculous.

Hate they close most of the door two hours before closing. Only leave one middle door open. I get if it was 30 minutes before closing. Not to mention seafood and meet market department always low in stock. Have to ask and wait for item. If you go to bakery I know they close earlier but bread/ donuts and stuff are thrown away by then.

It's so sad to see HEBs quality control diminish. During a recent trip I ended up with moldy frozen broccoli and bones in my deli meat. Also I just stopped buying strawberries from this Heb all together. They always have mold on them.
