I shop here all the time, employees are very nice and always asking to help you find whatever you are looking for, its a very clean store, plenty of grocery and general merchandise options, great bakery and meat department, always has fresh produce and meats. Even if they are busy the get customers oit in a timely manner, love the pre prepped meals and Togo foods. Thanks y'all.

- MHMaykol HernandezJan 7, 20261.0This review is directed to Brandon from Customer Service and the other 2 ladies that refused to help me… Ive gone to heb for multiple years for western union transactions. I show my id and they ask me for phone number address, sometimes who sends it and amount. The whole process is done within 3 minutes. Last night i went in, to repeat such process and the girl on the right side on the customer service was free so i go in to get helped and she refused, said only the left side could be used for western union, thats fine. When is my turn Brandon starts looking to the sides asking the other workers what to do next, he takes well over 3-5mins to even ask me a question and when he does is to ask me where am i from, weird but ok… the next thing he ask is about another form of id, which i have never had to ask before and truly who carries 2 different forms of id? I tried to explain the situation and how since he looked so helpless in there he might have had pressed the wrong button prompting him to a different process of what i usually do. Against my advise he didn’t and neither the other girls reached out to a manager although one of the girls gave me the store number 034. Building up a line and realizing he was not there to help just to tell me how wrong i was and have 2 teammates back up his actions, i decided to leave to another heb that always helps with the process to which he answers that he HOPES i can get help somewhere else. I went to Louis henna Heb and they got me out the door within 3 minutes with my money in my pockets. Brandon absolutely sucks and he should learn to be more humble, his ego and scare of making a mistake should not have cost me more of an hour of my time like it did. I did not go back to the store to do an in person complaint since i was with my kid and he was pretty anxious to get home which any grown up can definitely understand after this experience.
