- CCC CarterFeb 8, 20261.0I’ve driven to this store twice and both times customer service was closed. I finally found someone that said to wait until 12pm or go to a register. I go to a register and they seem confused on how to do a return so I have to wait for the counter to open. The representative working the counter seems less than enthused to help, returns the item under the wrong receipt. It’s a difference of $4 but after waiting 20 minutes and a line of people behind me I just decided to give up. Not a great experience, won’t be back.
- POPeter OrrFeb 7, 20262.0I have been shopping at RR 3 since it opened. I have decided to find another store. The construction, remodeling here has been a total fiasco, lasting for many months. None of the store associates know when the remodel will be completed. I have to walk up and down the aisles looking for products that are constantly being moved. Please fire whoever is in charge. Some aisles are so narrow, only wide enough for 1 cart. I might start shopping at Walmart. I never thought things could get that bad

- CCCT CastroJan 31, 20264.0Prefer the smaller store on Gattis School and Redbud, or the bigger store on University. Parking lot is a jigsaw puzzle. Staff was friendly, shelves well stocked even at 6:00 on Friday afternoon.
