Horrible HEB. I don't care if it's the greatest on the inside...the parking situation and set up for curbside is ATROCIOUS. Will be going to a different location in the area. Lordy....just...awful....

50% chance you don't receive everything you order. If you do a curbside I highly suggest you take the time to make sure every itam is in the bag. This location is very sub par, I'd suggest you avoid it unless you like 2 grocery trips with every shopping experience.

Very upset with HEB today. Had a conversation with my husband about his day at work. Mind you he works with an affiliate company for HEB (not an actual employee for HEB). His job, to keep the employees and valued customers that walk into HEB safe every single day. Yes that means day and night, 365 days out of the year. Rain or shine, sun or snow. I asked how his day was and he replied ok. I said how was your dinner. He replied that dinner was excellent (of course prepared by me ;) ). But that he felt bad in the lunch room because even though HEB provided their employees with a piece of cake today he was instructed that the cake was for HEB employees only. Went as far as making a paper sign to display for him to see. Mind you, he is the only non-employee there. They made him feel bad maybe even on purpose. I understand that HEB has strict policies when it comes to certain things but a piece of cake. Come on. Especially during the Holidays which is always so stressful. This man is good enough to provide a safe environment within your stores but not employee enough to merit the hospitality HEB is known for. A single piece of cake or a holiday meal shared can make a difference in someone's day. ❤️ especially during the holidays. These men and women deserve a piece of love every now and then even if its just a small piece of cake. ❤️ HEB do better. ❤️🙏

Mykel is a creep and followed me and another man around the store while recording us. I watched him weave across multiple aisles the entire time i was shopping with his phone pointed directly at me. He was doing no work the entire time. As soon as I confronted him he acted confused and then finally left me alone (keep in mind this is after him following me in every. single. aisle. with his phone pointed directly at me and tracking my movement). It was a very uncomfortable experience and i will not be shopping at this specific HEB in the future. Please keep an eye on him and his phone so he doesn’t do this to others in the future. I’m not even angry, just disgusted to be frank.

I have shopped at this store since the day it opened and have always been pleased. I understand that there are times where you move things around, but this new renovation is not ideal. The one thing that made me love my H-E-B was how the rows were running the same, not zigzagged and definitely not running opposite directions. This does not flow well for shopping from a consumers point of view. The other thing that has me completely frustrated is all of the curbside pick up spaces are located in prime parking spaces. For the consumer who doesn’t have to get out of their car and their groceries are brought to them. The curbside spaces could be further away versus taking away from the consumer who is walking from the back of the parking lot to get to the doors, most of the time. Frustrated customer!

Where does H-E-B source its meat?

H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
