- BABianca Acosta4 days ago1.0Was probably the least pleasant Dutch bros iv been to was assisted by a girl name gabby who was very inpatient at order taking and rudely corrected me after i said blueberry instead of blue raspberry also had a demanding tone. Was the slowest location I been to having worked for Dutch bros having 4 people working it should not be as slow. Drinks were warm and not as eye appealing as other locations with their seasonal drinks. One positive was the green tea.
- MMMadisonMar 3, 20262.0I have never been more disappointed in a location before. Time and time again, I do not get my strawberry boba and there is poor service. I went earlier today and they didnt have any strawberry boba. But that's not truly why I'm posting this. The service was terrible! I waited in line for my mobile order for 20 minutes! I was 4th in line when I got there. There was no linebuster at all. There were several people inside, so I don't understand why there wasn't one. I saw a car behind me leave without ordering because it was taking so long. I'm so disappointed with this location.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
