As I pulled up behind the first car in the drive-thru, a long blonde-haired female employee who worked inside was outside of the building, leaned against the drive-thru window, talking to the person in the car ahead of me. I waited for a while, and she eventually went back inside. Shortly after, another employee came out to take my order using a tablet and mentioned that her card reader was down, so I would need to pay at the window instead. However, the car in front of me never moved because the first employee had gone back to the window and continued her personal conversation with that same customer. The person in that vehicle never ordered anything they were simply sitting there talking with the employee. The employee who took my order had to come back outside again to collect my payment and then return inside to process it. When she finally returned with my two drinks — iced Rebel Mistletoes I had already paid $18 and some change. The drinks did not even look like what was shown on the menu boards nor did they taste good seems littleto no flavors were added, and to make matters worse, I had to squeeze to the far right to drive around the car ahead of me because they were still talking to the employee who was hanging out of the drive-thru window. This was very unprofessional behavior, and I would strongly recommend that management address this with their staff to ensure customers receive the level of service Dutch Bros. is known for.

They only do one line even though you got two lines and they let all the other cars in the first line go away before you even though you made your order before all the other cars just because you’re on the outside lane don’t mean you get to go . Their customer service sucks. They don’t know how to alternate back-and-forth from one line to the next so when you get up to the window, they don’t even know who’s got what I would suggest you go to a different location if you want Dutch Bros, very unprofessional for business.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
