I frequent this location about 5 times a week.... minimum😠and at this point everyone there knows my order without me having to say anything. Everyone there truly brightens my day if I'm feeling a little down and I really envoy the good conversations. Shout out Shannon, Izzy, Kat, Noah, Sam, Mac, Mitch, Trinity, Roberta, Suzelle, Sarah, Keely, and I know there are definitely people I'm forgetting (or haven't asked for their name yet lol) but you all are awesome!!

My boyfriend I come here many times a week and we have grown quite close to all of the workers here. They truly brighten our days, and on a rough day we leave just a little lighter. We love participating in all the freebies they have. Overall love the company and how they treat their employees and customers. They are truly one of the best parts of our day 💞 - Itzzy

I found out today she is the assistant manager and that tracks because she is great at her job. I thanked her for all her hard work this year and told her how much I appreciate her. She is the definition of great customer service with a smile. She is always smiling and speaks with you at the window but doesn't force a conversation if you are not in the mood. I'm really not a people person but she always finds a way to make conversation enjoyable. Thanks again for all your hard work this year. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that I can't order delivery from like Uber or grubhub. I hope that's something yall are considering in the future.

They are warm and welcoming every visit and when I’m not sure what I want they always come through with an awesome suggestion. I have been to other Dutchbros locations, but none of them compare to the location on E Palm Valley in Round Rock Texas.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
