This location had 2 young girls working the drive thru around 4:10pm today and one was named Jen. When we pulled up there was no line behind us and when we asked for more time to look at the menu the girl rolled her eyes with a scoff look and turned to walk away as if we were a nuisance. A second girl then came to take our orders and after hearing us say we needed extra time and insisted to take a guess as to what we wanted as if she was trying to make us hurry up and order. Both had an attitude that came off as rude. We've been to several locations spanning from Austin to North Georgetown and never had employees act with such attitude. On the positive side of this review, Gavin who recently moved to this location is amazing and glad to see him when we pull up!

It's a great drive thru only coffee house. If you're seeking an alternative to Starbucks which is overly high rated, this is a great alternative option. The prices are probably a bit lower than Starbucks I feel but the craftsmanship of the drinks and the service make for a luxury experience. Try it out at least once, you'll love it.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
