And then you pay extra for sauces and don’t even get any of them. So I’ve had to call about five different times just to see if my food was even going to get delivered and to get my sauces that I paid for. I would not spend money at this location at all. The manager seems to not have it together and neither does the delivery drivers.

After being given an almost 1.5 hrs wait time, I called Dominos, told them I was late for my pick up order, and explained the situation. I asked if I could have it delivered to my house instead (which is not the Dominos close to my house) because my kids were waiting, and hungry, and they were more than happy to help! They even offered to remake the pizzas, so they would arrive fresh! They understandably charged a delivery fee, and were able to get the pizzas to my kids. I will always be appreciative of their empathy and outstanding customer service. This is by far the best Dominos I've ever ordered from, and I will be a loyal customer.

The young girl with a mask and long marroon hair and glasses was at the pick up window. She said the total was $35 and change. She couldn’t take my hundred dollar bill, and all I had was $32. Rather than offering to take that and I could pay back next time as I’m a regular customer she just kept saying snarkingly that she couldn’t take a hundred. No other solution. I’ve never heard of a business not having change. The store nearby was closed so I just went home disappointed. I think they could do better in these situations. I’d like a regional manager to review this and see about helping so this doesn’t happen in the future. This was the worst experience I’ve had here
