- ASAbby SteelmanOct 15, 20251.0my husband and i have ordered from this location on multiple occasions and it used to always be perfect and on point. recently, we’ve had to contact the store after receiving our food the past three times we have ordered. it doesn’t matter if we order online or call in, something is always wrong. they will confirm our details on the phone and when we call about our order being wrong, we get told the employee didn’t put our specifications in the notes (WHEN THE EMPLOYEE REPEATED OUR NOTATIONS TO US ON THE PHONE WHILE WE WERE ORDERING MULTIPLE TIMES). jesse most recently dropped off our reorder due to our food being wrong and he pounded on the door. before we could even get to the door, he left our food on the doorstep and stormed off. wow… okay then… there went that tip. patrick (the manager) has always treated us with the most respect possible and i would like to extend my appreciation out to him. but i do not think we will be ordering from this location in the future due to constantly having to have our food remade and we honestly feel terrible for making everyone who does their job right work extra hard when i could order from another store and get our order right the first time.
