  One of my favorite childhood treats with a butter Scotch Dilly bar! I've traveled many many states over the years stopped at many DQs and nobody seems to serve those anymore I walked into the Mayfield dairy Queen and low and behold boom!! Butterscotch Dilly bar I got. I felt like I won a mini lottery. And the staff was so polite! Good job guys 😁

  After being rushed at the drive thru speaker with a rude attitude from the manager on the other end. We paid and immediately were asked to go park in the curbside. Then they came out repeated our order then gave us someone else’s order. When I went in they apologized and then immediately took the food i was given to me immediately to another customer. Then was told i was supposed to park in spot #2, yet at the window i was told spot #1. I had to wait inside for my order to be ready and I checked and it seemed to be good. Except neither of my burgers were made how they were ordered and they did not reflect the recipe. Very Disappointed with service as well as the way the manager was sitting down ordering around her workers with disrespect as I was waiting for my order. Especially for my Order when it was not busy at all at 12pm on a Sunday.

  Twice last week we got orders with soggy buns. We specifically requested no onions and got onions. The one that I was most frustrated with was them asking me if a medium drink was OK with my meal. I thought it came with the meal and said yes. Only to find out my meal was upcharged. The did give me a new order with no onions and the bun was fresh, not soggy. But I did not get a good feeling from the folks behind the counter. No one ever offered to refund the up charge. It made me feel like this was just how they do business. I think some extra training in customer service is warranted.
