He listened carefully to everything we asked for, and the ice cream came out perfect. It was such a nice experience and deserves to be recognized!

When my wife tried to order a BLT they thought she meant hunger buster and was told by an employee “we don’t have those here only at the Mayfield Dairy Queen’s.” Multiple mistakes on the order such as wrong drinks and modifications that were requested were not made. And to top it off I ordered 3 grilled cheese kids meals and not a single one had the cheese melted. It was like the cook took 2 pieces of bread and just put a piece of cold cheese on them. The Mayfield owned Dairy Queen’s are far superior to this one and they have a location less than 10 minutes from this dairy queen. You will be much better off just going there. I will never be returning to this location as this is not the first time an issue like this has happened.
