I ordered on the app, so I was able to customize if I wanted “light” or “extra” on some ingredients. Most of the time small details like that are ignored. I get it - things get busy in the store and it’s just another online order to fill. But this time, you guys totally nailed it. I was so impressed to the point of coming in here and writing a review! I’ve never had a bad experience at this specific Chipotle, but I’ve also never had a positive experience that was worth noting, let alone one that warranted a review. I really hope management sees this and takes a page out the Tues 12/23 6pm team’s book. It’s such a small detail, I know, but things like that make all the difference to repeat, local customers. Nice work, team!!! I appreciate it!!!!

The next person was with me too, so there was no reason to rush! Also super stingy with rice, I had to ask 3 times in a row for them to fill it up as a side. If I wanted to cook a meal at home for my kid I would’ve not bothered going out at all.

I've never been back, I honestly should have walked back in there and just asked for a refund and went somewhere else cause it was so egregious.
