- BBB3 days ago1.0I had 2 bowls it was 36$ I ask for double meat and when I open the plate I counted 10 pieces of meat ,, that’s mess up !!

I ordered two days in a row, one in person one delivered through the app. In person the food was prepared well and the portions were correct. The delivery order was one of the worst bowls I’ve ever seen, less than half full and was mostly shredded cheese. I’m grateful that it was a gift card purchase and I didn’t waste money on it.

I ordered a bowl for delivery off of the chipotle app. When I opened up my bowl I was truly in shock to see how much they gave me. The portions were completely off. The bowls usually get almost to the top and my bowl was just a thin layer of food. Truly disappointed with this location and whoever made my bowl. I tried to call the store to get a refund and it kept putting me through to a robot. The app offered me a free drink, when i finally got connected to customer service i was offered a BOGO deal. I said no i just want my money back, they said yeah we cant do that but we can give you a free entree… Like seriously?!
