Even on a high-pressure night like the Super Bowl, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The experience was a complete 180 from what we encountered at from their competition. While we dealt with canceled orders and unhelpful communication elsewhere, the BWW team was accommodating and made sure we were taken care of despite the rush. It is rare to find such a positive attitude during the busiest night of the year. This is easily our new go-to spot—thank you for the amazing service!

I’m 8 months pregnant and they even brought me a chair to sit on so I don’t have to wait standing up. Robert is the BOSS and this man should be given a raise. When you thank him he defers all the credit to his team and really lets the franchise shine. We will be ordering all our wings from This spot from now on 🙌🏻🙌🏻
