  We had a large order, and the team at Arby’s on AW Grimes absolutely knocked it out of the park! They took the time to prepare everything fresh and made sure it was packaged neatly and with care. Every item was correct, hot, and delicious. It’s clear they value quality and customer service. This was hands down the best fast-food experience we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

  So far my favorite Arbys to eat at. Staff are always sweet and friendly, Eli was fast, professional and so very friendly! Food was again delicious and ready before my husband decided on his drink lol

  This was the first time I'd ordered Arby's on the app, prepaid, and picked it up through the drive-through. Everything is delicious, everything was perfect. The only problem my sister and I had is that the woman at the window told us that ALL the sauces were in the boxes. They didn't ask if we wanted Arby's sauce for the sandwiches, but they did say all the sauces were in the boxes. We got home, and the ONLY sauce in the boxes was the marinara sauce containers for the cheese sticks. No Arby's sauce at all. We were home when we found this out, and we weren't going to drive all the way back out just for the sauce. I mean, the food is all still really good, but it would've been nice if they'd asked us if we wanted Arby's sauce instead of telling us all the sauces were in the boxes when they weren't. 9/10 we'll definitely go back, but now I guess we'll have to not trust that they're telling us the truth if they say all the sauces are in the box and just ask to make sure we get it.

  Wonderful experience! I had a great visit at this Arby’s. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, and the staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and pleasant. They truly made us feel welcome. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. The employees really deserve a great bonus for their excellent service and hard work. Thank you so much — we will definitely come back!
