  I wanted to share some feedback about my experience with ordering online. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently slow, and even when placing an order ahead of time, there’s still a long wait to receive items. It defeats the purpose of ordering online for convenience. Additionally, communication could really be improved. It’s often unclear what’s causing the delay, and there aren’t updates or explanations provided to customers waiting on their orders. I enjoy your drinks, but the overall experience could be much better with faster service and clearer communication. I hope this feedback helps improve things moving forward.

  I visited the 1700 east palm valley on the day Dutch Bros launched their new hot food items. I was originally planning to go to the closest location, but decided to go a little out of my way to try this one specifically—and I’m so glad I did. From the mouthwatering chorizo wrap to the delicious iced hazelnut coffee, everything was great. The service, however, really stood out. I went through the drive-thru and received such a warm and friendly greeting from Shannon. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and offered great suggestions that made me even more excited to come back. When I got to the window, I was greeted with another friendly smile. Overall, it’s truly a great team and an awesome experience!

  I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The customer service is amazing! They are so kind here and I specifically had a great experience with Delaney. She was so kind and helpful with helping me decide on a creative drink. I recommend the iced banana mocha, so yum!

The vibe is always energetic and welcoming, making it a great start to my day. What truly sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The employees, especially Shannon and Sai, are incredibly kind and always greet me with a smile. Whether I’m using the pick-up window or going through the drive-thru, the service is quick, efficient, and personable. They make every interaction a positive experience, which is why I keep coming back. One of my favorite things about Dutch Bros is the creative freedom to customize my drinks. I love experimenting with different flavors for my sparkling waters, and the staff is always happy to help me find the perfect combination. This level of customization allows me to try something new every time, keeping my experience fresh and exciting. Overall, Dutch Bros on 1700 E.
