  Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews about any place. However the guy with the blue eyes and curly hair at this location is extremely rude and has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a mobile order and it said there were wedding cake munchkins and blueberry ones available, so when we got to the store I was not told that there were any available at the drive thru. Instead he told us to pull up and at the window tells us there are no wedding cake munchkins, but there are blueberry ones available, so I say that’s okay, I’m not one to be picky. Then he proceeds to say “oh no I lied to you we don’t have any, but I can give you this blueberry cake doughnut”. I just say that’s fine cause I’m already late for work. My grandma was confused and didn’t hear him and asked oh no munchkins to me, not to him. He then starts getting upset and has an attitude. He says “well no I already said we don’t have any, I asked so if it’s not fine then I already told you.” We were not rude and my grandma was speaking to me. He decided to be rude to us because of his mistake. I have never ever experienced such rudeness the way I have today.

  Was going to stop last-minute to grab a dz of whatever they had left...Was trying to order online beforehand but app doesn't let you place an order for pick-up even 20 mins before closing! So we arrived 10 minutes before closing, DOOR LOCKED. Kids could be seen inside but no adults whatsoever. My business will go elsewhere!

  I have never been to a Dunkin. Probably will never go back. Walked in to take the kids to get a donut before school and the case was covered in fruit flies. Even the 8 year old was asking why there were bugs on the food. At 650am. I get gnats happen. But this was not 1-2 or even 5. It was like 30. And they are big, so they have been in the case for a bit. I have been to plenty of other places that sell donuts that do not have this issue. I’m gonna stick with those from now on.

  Firstly, i want to say that I'm sure this is just a training issue and that the staff was very kind. I came through and ordered an iced cappuccino through the app and received a chunky blended iced drink with no coffee in it. I went inside to get it remade and the staff was quick and nice but I got the exact same drink again. Not gonna ask for a third drink lol it looked entirely different on the app

  Waited about 15 minutes for 3 items. No one greeted me for about 4 minutes. Im waiting and see a drink placed on the table by employee which was my delivery order. Then a man later asks what the order was and an item was almost forgotten. The staff is communicating bs through the headsets but can't communicate about orders. No hats, no hairnets. Jewelry. I saw one lady texting away on her phone. On top of that they had a lady in the lobby, who im assuming Is a regular because she knew everyone by name, CLIPPING HER FINGER NAILS
