  These pictures were taken at 11:45am (the last picture shows that the main condiment cooler, in full view of the cash registers, is turned off). That means this level of gross negligence & incompetence with complete disregard to any kind of health standards has happened IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS of being open. I shudder to imagine what this place looks like at the end of the day. Owners & managers should be ashamed and the health inspector better get here soon.

  Ordered two chicken basket they didnt even toast the bread just slapped butter on it. Order for dine in and they brought out for Togo then I asked the lady she said she only has two hands.

  This happened on a Thursday night. I’m at the drive-through waiting to order for about five minutes until somebody finally speaks to me. I I ordered a plain burger with a couple of blizzards, and a Parmesan chicken basket, whoever was taking my order, kept trying to rush me, and I could barely understand whatever she was saying. I get to the window as she starts yelling my order back at me; So fast that I can’t even understand what she’s saying. I stopped in the middle of talking so I can confirm my order and I ask if she got the Parmesan chicken basket and then she tells me they don’t serve that anymore. Why have it on your website and let Me order it and then tell me you don’t have it when I try paying😑 Lady at drive-through was super rude. They kept forgetting many things and when I finally got back home with my order, my plain burger has lettuce and onions. I loved Dairy Queen and I keep coming back Because the food is good but Each time. The service gets worse. Y’all need a better hiring team because this is ridiculous. I think I’d rather make the drive to Mayfield, Dairy Queen🙄
