  We placed an order for delivery. They forgot some of the items. When I contacted support they refused a partial refund or redelivery.

  My favorite Arby’s! i work in Georgetown and order from the one closest to my office and am always so disappointed. When I need a good jamocha shake and fresh cheddar and beef sandwich this place always does the best job! always fresh and hot, nicest employees. Well run and great job yall! I appreciate you!

  Don't go unless you have time to kill. Takes a long time to order then even longer to actually get your food.

  I had the best customer service today (3/16/26 at the location in Round Rock, TX #8711 ~3:30pm) that I had to let you know. I went through the drive-thru. The lady that took my order was so nice. Once at the window, she was so sweet and personable. I wish I had asked her name, but she's a young, African American with glasses. I hope this review makes its way to her manager! Please let him/her know what an amazing employee they have in that young lady!! A+++
