- JAJ ASep 15, 20251.0First, I placed an order at 6:03pm. It wasn't ready until right before I pulled up at 6:45, for a pizza that was supposed to be ready within 12 to 20 minutes. After arriving at the store at 6:45, Jonathan at the register is on the phone. He makes no acknowledgment that I'm standing at the register and I'm the only person in line. He sets the phone down, speaks with another employee, goes back to his phone call, still with no acknowledgment. When he finishes his call, I said to him, how about, "Good afternoon, I'll be right with you," a very simple customer service response. I told him that would be better than just leaving me stand here like an idiot. He changes his tone and says, you ain't gonna call me an idiot. I tell him, I did not, I said you left me standing here like an idiot. I told him, he is not gonna tell me I said something that I did not just because he has no customer service skills. He got louder, I followed suit. His manager came over and I explained the situation. I know, as he doesn't work for me, I cannot request disciplinary action against this associate; I can though request a discount for how I was talked to. So I did. The manager apologized for his worker's action but told me he was unable to provide me a discount as a coupon was already applied to the order. He told me I could just leave with the pizza without paying but that I would be in the wrong if I did. I ended up paying the full total of the order. Thus, Domino's; MAC Pizza Management, Inc; Larry Johnson, the manager; and Jonathan remain the ones in the wrong, offering nothing to correct this issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S! No customer should be treated this way.
