    I have been to this location a few times now and the staff is very quick to help people and the food is always fresh. Ced is always there when I go and he always makes sure I get the best customer service. Will continue to go.

    I submitted my review right after the Super Bowl and still no one has reached out to resolve the issue. This was extremely unprofessional. Half of my order was missing, the wings were undercooked, and overall the experience was very disappointing. They replied publicly telling me to reach out to them — which I did — but no one followed up or attempted to fix the problem. Please don’t tell customers to contact you if you have no intention of responding or making things right. Very unprofessional service and a frustrating experience.

    came in tonight while its raining to get my food as i walk out to get in my car i check my bag to make sure it was good and they didn’t put two of my ranches in my bag so i walked back in and the lady asked for my bag so i had to walk all the way back in the store again while my food is gettitn cold she looks at the receipt on my bag and walks to an older black lady and she rudely says let me see the bag mind u asked her if she wanted me to take the food out before hand she said no but the older lady takes my food out puts her nasty ashy hands all over my fries and scopes the bag out like she’s looking for a bomb doesn’t say sorry about th mistake or anything that’s why she is in her mid to late 40s working at a wingstop with that attitude the fatigue is real smh

    Hello, I originally submitted a complaint Sunday night regarding my Super Bowl order. Someone reached out and asked for photo proof via text, which I provided. However, I was told they could only see the wings and asked where the undercooked wings were — they are clearly shown in the photos I sent. I completely understand that it was Super Bowl Sunday and that it was a busy day. However, I placed my order online and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, only to wait over an hour at the store. Meanwhile, I had teenagers at home waiting to eat. When I finally got home, we realized we only received half of the 100-piece wing order. Not only was the order incomplete, but the wings were also severely undercooked and lacked flavor. They were not safe to eat. I personally tried them and can confirm they were undercooked. Because of this, I had to leave my house again to purchase pizza so the kids could eat. Since sending the requested photos, I have not received any follow-up regarding a resolution — no refund discussion, no replacement offer, nothing. I am very disappointed with both the service and the lack of communication. I understand busy days happen, but better organization should be expected on a major event day like the Super Bowl. I would appreciate a prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter. Thank you, Feb 12th update Terrible customer service. I submitted a complaint and left a review, yet I’m being told to “connect” when I’ve already tried numerous times with no resolution. What is the point of asking customers to reach out if nothing is actually being done? I wasted both time and money coming here. Half of my order was missing, and the wings I did receive were undercooked. Despite providing proof, no one has taken accountability or offered to fix the issue. This is extremely disappointing. If I do not receive a proper response and resolution, I will be escalating this matter further. I will not be returning.

    I don’t do Google reviews very often, but I was so impressed with the quality of service that I got at this restaurant that I felt like I had to. Ced the manager was great to interact with and has a hilarious personality. And my boneless wings were mwah chefs kiss! I was bewildered about some of the other reviews, because every time I walk in here, I damn near get screamed at welcome to Wingstop lol The energy is so infectious. I start yelling welcome to Wingstop when somebody else walks in lol my daughter loves getting a brownie every time we come, and she just loves to dance around to the music they play in the restaurant. This is definitely one of my number one go to’s for good food
