  I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. I placed an order that did not taste right at all, and when I tried to address the issue, the situation only got worse. First, when I called the store to report the problem, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes with no follow-up or callback. When I called back, the employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I was then directed to the manager, who was also unprofessional and showed no concern for resolving the issue. It escalated further when I contacted the general manager. Instead of addressing my complaint respectfully, they were overly rude and made comments like, “whatever, do you want the credit or not?”—which was completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with a basic level of respect, not spoken to as if I’m an inconvenience. I have been coming to this location for years because it’s the closest to my home, but the service has consistently declined in food quality & cleanliness. This experience was the worst yet. It felt like the staff had no regard for customer service or the fact that customers are the reason the business operates. I would appreciate it if a district manager could reach out to me regarding this situation. This level of service does not reflect well on the brand, and it needs to be addressed.

  Do not order online from this location. You will never receive all of the food you ordered, and they take very little accountability or effort to make real changes. I’ve ordered twice from this location via Door Dash, with a huge gap in between my first and second chance order since they really messed up my first order. I was so disappointed to give this location a second chance, only to have them leave out a huge part of my order AGAIN. I called to let the manager know and I was met with a “is there anything else we can do for you” which was extremely dismissive. Then questions about whether the bag was sealed (it was…), then a request for me to bring the bag BACK to the restaurant so they could inspect it. What a joke. I will not be giving another chance and hope once and for all, you all will take paying customer feedback seriously!

  We enjoyed our food here - very tasty! The toilets could be cleaner but altogether a good food experience

  THE WINGS, THESE RUDE PEOPLE SERVED ME, WERE HARD, TINY, AND MY LOUISIANA FRIES BARLEY HAD ANY SEASONINNNNNG?!!?!?!?!?!?! pls when i place a mobile order im trying to get DECENT food not the WORST food u guys have available to serve. greedy wingstop giving me fried pieces not even chicken. smh
