  I ordered my food at 7:08 p.m. and I didn't get my food until 7:34 p.m. . And it was wrong I asked for no sour cream no tomatoes on everything and my double crunchwrap hat sour cream and tomatoes and it wasn't supposed to The zesty fries were supposed to have no pico and no sour cream and they did my beefy five layer burrito was supposed to have steak red sauce and no sour cream and they put sour cream and I had a steak chalupa that was supposed to be no tomatoes no sour cream because I'm allergic to tomatoes and it had tomatoes. I was supposed to get two cinnamon twist and never received them. It was not a dinner rush they had two people working each line and the front counter was being ignored that one person only wanted to take care of drive-thru only. And then it took like six people to say hey is anybody at the counter so someone needs to do something because before they make someone severely sick or y'all start losing business. You can't say that there wasn't enough people there they had it staffed enough. The one that was taken out trash could have stopped taking out the trash and helped at the front cash register and the one that wasn't doing anything that was standing around talking on his phone out in the lobby could have went back there and started helping and he didn't. And then I tried calling six times and got no answer just got a busy signal. When you repeat yourself four or five times telling them you're highly allergic to tomatoes and there's tomatoes on my food and you tell him no tomatoes and all they do is scrape it off thinking that's what's going to help no they didn't change their gloves like I asked they were touching tomatoes so they were touching all my food. So I didn't get to eat dinner because of it. So I'll be calling all day until someone finally picks up and figures out what we're going to do about this.

  I ordered a $9 Luxe Box and specifically requested twice no sour cream. When I got home, I found sour cream on the Crunchwrap, which is the main item in the box. The Doritos taco was soggy, the meat had a tap water taste to it and the bean burrito had dry beans. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent experience for me at Taco Bell. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention to quality and customer requests. Based on this experience, this will be the last time I visit this location—or any Taco Bell.

  Ordered food ON THE KIOSK since basic human interaction is nonexistent now and was waiting for someone to take my payment since we still use physical american dollars in the U.S..

  My experiences the last couple of times I purchased food at this location were very disappointing 😔. On Apr 05 26, I ordered the Nachos bell grande. Nothing about grande 😕, the beans, meat and cheese portions were verily there and the chips were not fresh at all! I wonder if the owners take the time to check the quality of their products often and if they are making the serving portions smaller? 🤷🏽‍♀️. Just one more dissatisfied - dissapointed customer 😞.
