It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated.     This location is kind of a mess ngl. If your doordashing, or even if you order online, most of the time they won't start making the food until you ask the register, and it takes forever. What's the point in ordering ahead on the app, if you won't have the food ready when you get there? I ordered something small like 15 minutes ahead and when I got there it wasn't ready, and I had to wait 15 minutes more. And one person who ordered at the register while I was waiting got their food before me.. and some of the employees are rude, especially to delivery drivers. They don't give you updates if it's a long wait, and they just act like you're botheing them. Avoid if you care about good service

    If I’m being totally honest a few years ago I would’ve enjoyed this but nowadays it just tastes horrible if I’m being totally honest , I think it’s time to let whataburger go just doesn’t hit the same anymore , the food is horrible the service is decent but doesn’t make up for the horrible, atrocious food.
