  I was hungry and didn't really want taco bell from the last experience I had which was old rice in the Catina bowl. So I went because my son wanted soft tacos, and I got the catina bowl again. When I got home I sat down and took a bit of the chicken and its was real chewy like a beef jerky and very salty and real dark like its been on a warmer for hours. I tried the rice and once again old and crunchy. This place is a damn mess from the manager which was a heavy guy short hair Hispanic guy that was not managing or checking on the food nor staff. He is definitely there friends instead of there manager, so of course there not going to take him serious. Two black guys im assuming are the cooks floaters whatever were not groomed at all heavy facial hair playing around with manager, just a hot mess, place was dirty no condiments filled. This location will never get a dime of money nor referral to come this place. Bad food bad service and bad management it was like a damn zoo.

  Fist time buying here after moving to the area 2 years ago. Place on dinning area lots of trash on every table, they don't clean up, women bathroom same thing.

  I came to pick up an order and they were blasting inappropriate music. They took 30 minutes to give me my DoorDash. There were over 10 people working and most of them were just standing around. Horrible service.

  I just went through the drive-thru, and my cashier was Emily C. She was pleasant, friendly and came across as genuine, and that makes a difference. It doesn't cost anything to at least project positivity. She nailed it. It's refreshing, since it has been a mixed bag with the general atmosphere in previous visits. My order was correct, served promptly, and with a pleasant attitude. I'd like to see more of that, please.

  Had to repeat my order multiple times because the guy on the intercom was. Not paying attention and was distracted with making jokes and laughing with Coworkers. Food was recooked stale food that was charred. I was sick to my stomach by midnight and I only ate part of my potato and not much of my burrito even though I was hungry. This was ordered around 10pm. Horrible food. Horrible service.
