  Manager was rude and we were told that the cooks do what they wanna do,She can’t tell them anything.our food wasn’t done right and since the cooks messed up we would have to pay extra for their mistake

  Double charged due to a glitch in the app.. 20 minute wait time so I decided to leave and still got fully charged for both… couldn’t even call the local number because it’s just an answering machine. This place sucks

  I waited forever to pickup an order, but no one is helping me!!!! I see an employee working, but nothing is happening. :-(

  The food is sub par. Every time we come there is a problem with the drink machine or ice machine. We always pay for the order online through the app and then there is nothing that can be done so they say. This time they say the drink machine exploded. I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes for food and non of the soft drinks we ordered. Then they left out onion rings we ordered and had to wait longer. Terrible service and unacceptable!

  Not sure what's going on I only frequent Sonic for drinks and in the last four orders my drinks have been wrong. Sweet tea is always unsweet and the last order actually had an extra slush.
