I was tempted to cancel my order altogether; however, I had already paid online and had company over at my house. Also, I was in the waiting area (which was really gloomy) with an extremely minimal amount of seating for about 5 minutes before someone even came to attend to me. I could clearly see a female employee sitting down in the back cooking area just scrolling on her cell phone while I was waiting in the lobby. I highly doubt that there was any management on this shift as the store was dirty and employees were just sitting around. I came to pick up my “carry out” order on a Sunday around 4:30 p.m.

Once I said something about it and asked for my money back he told me I’m not allowed to come back . Be careful because he said they don’t have to wear gloves . I hated my service . I would have at least appreciated an apology but instead told me to leave . He works the closing shift
