Every time I have come the past 2 months or so has had people waiting 30+ min for their drinks even if you order ahead. It doesn’t seem like management is doing anything to fix the issue.

I will be going to the Richmond one next time

I watched many people come in go, watched the weather change, all to find out we ordered at the wrong location but I was never told so. So I'm not sure who was checked in but it wasn't us... I would've saved 30 minutes by fixing the mistake right away if I would've been told the order wasn't found because that has happened before... so I called customer service and got hung up on. The girl was super sweet at the window and I could tell she was new but it would've been nice to have been told our order wasn't there instead of being told "your order is coming I promise" and wasting 30+ minutes of my day.

She goes up to the window they tell her it will be ready in a few minutes. We waited ,it is now 11:00 we ask for a refund, the guy said , “go online for refund” which you cannot do. Now I am upset I go the window and ask for the manager his name is Robles. I am upset and explain why is this taking so long? He gave me a nonsense excuse and processed our order. They were taking mobile orders and drive thru orders at this window. Horrible customer service!!! Do better!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
