- VLvivian lamDec 18, 20251.0if i can rate them a 0 i would. terrible customer service and i asked for a large latte with light ice because i just got a root canal they didn’t fill my cup up then half of my cup was cold foam. so disappointing this is the ONLY location i have been too that does this. they are rude and the lady with the scarf screamed from across the restaurant she wasn’t even close to the drive thru window yelling saying “your cup isn’t going to be full”. where is the decency? how embarrassing. i overall had a terrible experience and i hope they work on there customer service because this is so unacceptable.
