Ordered one pizza this evening to be delivered and after an hour, it said it was delivered, but it never showed. When I called, they said they would refund me remake it and re-deliver… after another hour, no pizza. I check my porch to see if maybe they dropped it off but didn’t knock and I find a shaken up cold pizza on my doorstep. I had to go to the location to get a new, fresh pizza and the manager was polite (once I was able to talk to him) but all that for a pizza isn’t worth it. I was patient and understanding on the phone with them when the pizza wasn’t delivered and they offered to remake it, so I don’t understand what warrants treating someone that way.

When the man finally returns the drink I PAID FOR he leaves it on the door step and storms off instead of handing it and apologizing for the hour wait
