- MPMark Parmer1 day ago1.0Came in and ordered a bowl. I received a "shaky spoon" with a small amount of rice. We spent $40 and all three bowls were less than a childs size meal. I had to asked for more of rice. Then received a poor attitude from staff. The food is great, but eat before you come here or you'll go broke and hungry.
- ZZZarre5 days ago1.0Literally wish I could give this place no stars, when I asked for a bowl she literally gave me one scoop of rice. I had to ask her for “extra rice” just to get the normal serving. There is no diversity among the team of staff here. The employee knew she put sour cream on one of the bowls I was ordering instead of the right one and didn’t even offer to fix it. I literally spent $45 in here and will never do it again.
- AWAmber WNov 16, 20252.0I eat at Chipotle all the time, and I hate leaving a bad review for one of my favorite restaurants. Management at this new location needs to up its game. Food was good but service was slow and unfriendly for myself and others I witnessed in line. The drink station was a mess and trash cans were out in the middle of the floor. I did see them take care of the trash can situation while I was there so that was good. However, every table in the dining room was filthy. Even thought the line died out and it got quiet no one wiped off even a single table. Made me very sad to see. Hope they can sort this out and make this location a success.
- CTCECE TNNov 14, 20251.0The Indian or African kid in the front tonight that took my order was absolutely horrible. He appeared to be new but literally had no one training him. He struggled getting my order together and I only order chips and queso. He put the queso in the cup and it was running down the sides of the container I asked one of the other girls working there to wipe it off. She did and he rang me up for queso only. I said I ordered the chips too!! He was rushing!!!! I gave him a 10 and he struggled to give me the change back. He asked for help when he didnt have the correct change. Then another guy walked over and said no wait why do you need change it gives it to you automatically. Apparently he didn't know how there system worked. I'm thinking well why the hell is he on the register. By hisself?!?!?! I swear to God Chipotle has the worse service ever! And this location is new it hasn't even been opened 6 months yet and the reviews are already trash! Dont go to this location per customer service and the food is bad too!

(2 of our guest from out of town were new to chipotle) There are two Other chipotle near us that are worth the drive. The one on spring green Is great. Also were is the nearest Cabo bobs?
